Established in 1801, Marine Barracks Washington, DC is the "Oldest Post of the Corps." In commemoration of their Bicentennial celebration we're pleased to present this highly anticipated 90 minute video with bouns feature showcasing the most spectacular military parade in the world.
The Evening Parade. This unique collector's edition performance features the Marine Band, the Marine Drum & Bugle Corps, and the amazing Silent Drill Platoon. Through the music and pageantry, you will experience a time honored tradition that has been performed weekly during the summer months since 1957. This video provides all the feel of actually being there.
The Bonus Feature on DVD only includes a rare look at the Marine Corps produced program titled Leatherneck Ambassadors. This 15 minute feature was produced in 1961 and shows the performance of the ceremonial Marines from Marine Barracks, 8th & I, Washington, DC at the 1958 Edinburgh Military Tattoo.
