How to Measure:
Women:
1. Bust: Measure around the shoulder blades, under arms, to the fullest part of the bust.
2. Waist: Stand in a relaxed position and measure around the narrowest part of natural waistline.
3. Hips: Measue around th fullest part, normally about 7 inches below natural waistline.
Men:
1. Neck: Measure around the middle of the neck. Tape should be snug but not tight.
2. Chest: Measure around the fullest part, around shoulder blades. Tape should be snug but not tight.
3. Waist: Stand relaxed and measure around natural waistline.
